What are the responsibilities and job description for the Revenue Recovery Representative position at Angi?
Our Revenue Retention Rep's goal is to complete courtesy calls to Service Providers who have had a minimum of one failed payment on their account, provide great customer service and attempt to bring their account current.
What You'll Do:
- Outbound Check-in calls to Angi Service Providers who’ve missed 1 or more payments to offer support
- Offer courtesy reminders on failed payments and assist with bringing account current
- Conflict resolution and negotiation
- Listen effectively and provide solutions when necessary
- Answer our Pro’s requests or inquiries which can range from a variety of topics
- Act as an advertising consultant for our Pro’s to accommodate their business needs which may include upselling Service Providers exciting new products and program offerings
- Provide support to fellow Revenue Retention teammates
Who you are:
- Ability to think on your feet and pivot quickly. Ability to have tough conversations, handle objections and utilize strong problem-solving skills. The position requires that you are able to work in an environment that is unpredictable and fast paced.

- Hear and talk on a phone head set for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to make up to 150-200 calls per day
- Hardline and high-speed internet connection
Compensation:
$14.77/hr Commission (OTE - Minimum Metrics: $45K / Top Performers: $80K/yr )
