About the role
We are looking for a Talent Researcher to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This Researcher will identify, attract & engage niche talent for our highest priority searches across the organization. We're looking for a self-starter who is comfortable managing competing priorities and works well independently. In this role, you'll implement creative sourcing strategies using recruiting tools & external platforms that are measurable, focused on continuous improvement, & results oriented.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research for our highest priority & most hard to fill positions across the organization
- Master the company pitch & develop a well established personalized process for engaging passive candidates
- Optimize use of email campaign outreach tool to create customized messages & maintain prospect lists
- Create org charts through talent mapping research
- Use social media and company branding to attract the right candidates and build ongoing relationships
- Find a way to provide and message a competitive advantage within our industry
- Ensure the best candidate experience throughout the interview processes
- Iterate! We're a collaborative team, so if you see something that could be better, we want to know
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university. Focus in recruiting/human resources/psychology and demonstrated interest in technology strongly preferred
- 1/2 year of sourcing, research or recruiting experience
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to understand business objectives and culture and translate these into hiring requirements
- Must be able to and adjust a search as business requirements change
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail-oriented and highly organized
- Must have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
Compensation & Benefits
- The salary band for this position ranges from $55,000 - $65,000 with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living
