Our organization is looking for dynamic, results-oriented professionals to join our team as Training Coordinators. Our Training Coordinators will work closely with the training department and HR department to ensure that all employees are able to use any new systems and technologies as necessary. This position requires a high level of initiative, attention to detail as well as excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a natural multi-tasker who can organize and execute comprehensive training programs for a growing number of employees.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training for new hires.
- Provide guidance and assistance to the training development department.
- Develop instructional design materials for corporate training.
- Be aware of the latest training trends in the industry.
- Meet with managers to discuss the training needs of their department.
- Design and conduct training sessions that are effective and informative.
- Maintain a schedule of ongoing training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,788.00 - $61,503.00 per year
