way that sibling and family relationships bring together and strengthen
communities.
It all began with a chance meeting, trusting partnership and the realization that
good quality ramen is available here in the USA.
Working closely with the Sun Noodle company, the Ani team tested hundreds of
combinations of noodle, broth and select ingredients to define the six variations
available at our location.
We embraced the tradition of quality, hand-rolled noodle ramen by interpreting it
in our own modern way to bring a unique and vibrant atmosphere.

What We ask of you:
- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude

- Business knowledge (inventory, scheduling, food safety, sales-forecasting,
- staffing - the basics!)
- Ability to oversee the preparation of safe, delicious food while maintaining a
- clean, organized restaurant
- A creative approach to marketing and sales-building (community

- Passion for leadership and team development, with an aptitude for learning,
- coaching and driving excellence at all levels
- The ability to deliver a great guest experience
- Previous restaurant experience in a high volume and fast-paced
- environment
