Animo is seeking a seasoned experienced Executive Sous Chef/Chef de Cuisine to work very closely with the Chef/owner in Sonoma. Our food is open hearth cooking inspired by the foods coming out of Spain using the highest quality ingredients. We are looking for a person that is passionate and wants to be the VERY BEST and to help drive our small team in the techniques of cooking and is seeking to be part of the world culinary landscape.
Salary is very negotiable.
