Assistant Manager/Sales Associate

Anisoptera Mercantile is a new upscale e-commerce and retail shop business with a vision to provide a vibrant environment that fosters wellbeing and community through natural wellness products, artistic expression, and sustainable social and environmental impact. Our goal is provide individuals options and opportunities to create their own wellbeing formulas that will both enhance and fit into their lifestyles.
The concept for the business was created following a serious motor vehicle accident and subsequent spinal surgery which I experienced in 2017. During my recovery I developed my own formula for wellbeing and after time decided to leave a 25 year career in luxury property management to introduce this idea as a new business.
Our wellness offerings will include premium CBD products, hand-blended organic tea, and B Corp sustainably produced coffees. The wellness program will round out with quarterly events presented by wellness practitioners.
Along with natural wellness products, I consider art in its many forms to be part of my formula for wellbeing and am looking to introduce and/or expand exposure to the arts for others. I am also very much interested in supporting small business. The art component of the business will be presented through our “_Creatives Series" which will include 1-2 creatives (from various fields) per month being featured on our website and in our retail shop. The creatives will have the opportunity to hold 1-2 talks during the month in the shop as well._
Finally, the giving back component of Anisoptera Mercantile will include support both in-person and financially for social and environmental causes.
We are looking for an individual with the following:
An interest in wellbeing, natural wellness products and art; experience with social media marketing; and strong customer service skills dealing with the public.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
