The Compensation Analyst will research job requirements and evaluate job positions to ensure the company is competitive in total compensation. This person will coordinate all efforts to remain competitive with AnMed Health’s compensation program, including market research, compensation surveys, market adjustment calculations and proposals. Works with the HR recruitment team to assess candidate’s prior experience to make fair and equitable job offers to candidates.
