  • Greeting guests
  • Answering client phone calls
  • Coordinating meetings
  • Data entry
  • Scanning and filing into our electronic filing system
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Administrative support
  • Special projects
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Branch Director

Qualifications:

  • Prior front desk and administrative experience
  • High level of confidentiality and organizational skills
  • Professional and pleasant demeanor
  • Strong technical competency
  • Detail oriented, resourceful, and able to multi-task effectively
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
