Anntoine Marketing Design is now hiring a full-time, Monday-Friday Agency Coordinator / Bookkeeper. If you would describe yourself as a self-starter, have fanatical attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience with bookkeeping, we'd like to chat!

We are looking for a skilled Agency Coordinator / Bookkeeper to undertake a variety of day-to-day office tasks, and ensure we track and collect debts consistently and correctly. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, and safeguarding our revenue.

Your duties and responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees. Knowledge of billing procedures are crucial to this role. A successful Agency Coordinator / Bookkeeper should also have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
