SUMMARY
Our client specializes in the design and construction of digital control systems for a variety of power and industrial applications. You will be responsible for evaluating employee programs, recommending improvements to employee relations policies, making sure that all employee-related policies in each department align with our corporate goals, establishing regulations, and reducing employee turnover.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience performing HR duties.
- Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws
- Experience with the human resources information system (HRIS), E-verify, WageWorks
- Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including
compensation, performance management, safety, hiring, and employee relations
- Strong attention to deadlines and detail – the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
