Objectives and Responsibilities
- Dispatch and control regional shipments to ensure timely schedules for client orders
- Consistently maintain the accuracy of orders and shipping documents
- Identify and address shipping errors to promote client satisfaction
- Receive orders, manage inventory, and inventory database software
- Oversee production timelines, and create shipping schedules
- Prepare bills and invoices
- Engage in regular communications with clients
Skills and Qualification
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics management, supply chain management or related field
- Demonstrates strong verbal/written communication skills, while effectively managing timelines and staying organized
- Displays ability to apply critical thinking skills and lateral thinking to complex situations
- Strong understanding of both warehouse and transportation management
- Solution-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude
- Familiarity with best practices in supply chain management as well as agricultural commodities
- Ability to use research and analysis skills; incorporating data to increase logistics efficiency
- 2 plus years of experience working in the logistics market
