What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Supervisor position at Anova?
The Production Supervisor at Sheyenne Dakota, Inc. will schedule Production and ensure proper flow of orders through Operations from start to finish, coordinating and collaborating with internal Sales, Engineering, and Purchasing teams. In this pivotal role, you will be solving new business challenges every day, improving operational outcomes and customer service, and making a valued impact within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
Established in 1996, Sheyenne Dakota, Inc. (SDI) builds electrical assemblies for OEMs and others in the construction, agricultural, trucking, electronic, and recreational industries. About the Role:
- Releases and tracks orders through production to meet customer demands
- Collaborates for success with Sales & Engineering teams to ensure order accuracy and to ensure BOMs/MOMs are correct
- Coordinates with Purchasing team on material issues, assisting in cycle counting of materials
- Performs other responsibilities as needed/assigned
About You:
- A dynamic and effective team player that is detail-oriented, with excellent organization and time-management skills, and has a hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude to juggle multiple projects and workstreams
- Builds strong partnerships at all levels across global, cross-functional teams, and demonstrates dependability and flexibility, adhering to schedules and meeting all productivity, quality, and performance standards, thus ensuring Anova meets its SQDC goals
- Proficient with computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required
