SUMMARY
The Senior Principal Product Specialist will drive the development and deployment of a complete solution working closely with product development team and application engineers. The Senior Principal Product Specialist will act as a top technical reference, works closely with customers, partners, R&D Engineers to develop and deploy innovative solutions and shape direction of new products.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Authoritatively drive the requirement specification for a complete solution or a product line
  • Become a well-respected global subject matter expert in the complete solution or product line
  • Collaborate with world-wide team of field application engineers to converge on requirement specifications representing multiple customers
  • Develop high quality and long-term scalable solutions
  • Work independently and as a member of a team and motivates others
  • Develop training/education materials for customers
  • Be a mentor for junior levels


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • BS in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related fieldwith 12 years' experience, MS with 10 years' experience, or PhD with 7 years' experience
  • Extensive commercial experience a deep understanding of RF and micorowave design, antenna design and placement, RCS, and automotive radar
  • Recognized leadership with a track record of delivering differentiated results for complex problems


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Expert-level knowledge and leadership in 3D electromagnetic simulation and python
  • Mastery in delivering innovative technical solutions for large-scale commercial products
  • Proven ability to define and understand business requirements and translate them into software roadmaps and plans
  • Experience driving a technology roadmap across multiple development teams
  • Ability to disseminate complex information in a clear way to customers, sales teams, and stakeholders
  • Ability to drive success across teams and geographies, and to mentor others
