Your Main Responsibilities
As a SolCon Team Lead
- Leading a small team of solution consultants, driving efficient pre-sales procedures as well as being an Individual Contributor working hands on with sales opportunities.
- Manage and plan the SolCon resource in line with the Sales processes / opportunities.
- Serve as a coach and mentor to the team, training, retention, and skills development programs.
- Collaborate with cross-department (Sales, Marketing, Product) and participate in product development based on Customer feedback.
- Managing high volumes of sales opportunities consistently improving efficiency and ways of working to help maximise win rates.
- Ensure the sales process is reflective of the ongoing changes and developments in the product and professional services teams.
As a Solution Consultant
- Present the Antavo solution to prospective clients and partners in the pre-sales phase.
- Provide technical consulting and support technical discussions from early to late stage prospects to better understand their system context and assess data requirements.
- Validate customer’s architecture design and solution and recommend Antavo setup to support those.
- Develop customized presentations, demonstrations to prove the solution’s business value to the client.
- Liaise with internal product and development teams in Antavo to feed client requirements into the product development pipeline.
- Set up personalised demos based on project requirements.
- Help the client services team by starting to establish project timelines in pre-sales phase.
You should have
- Minimum 3 years experience in Team Management as SolCon TL or Head of Solcon within a scale up environment.
- 5 years pre-sales experience selling complex, technical products.
- Technical sales / support experience with SaaS software solutions and / or marketing technologies.
- API development / consulting experience.
- Proven ability to convey business and technical value of SaaS product and effectively respond to large complex RFPs.
- Ability to build a deep understanding of a client’s needs and guide them to a technical solution.
- Familiarity with core programming, infrastructure principles.
- Familiarity with current marketing automation & loyalty vendors landscape is an advantage.
- Client-facing experience in the SaaS sector (e.g. as a consultant, project manager, or technical support).
- Thrives working in a fast paced, global environment.
- Hands-on, high-energy, passionate, and creative problem solver with know how to get things done and ability to lead others to success.
- Excellent communicator and presenter (from manager to C-level audience, both business and technology), a trusted advisor.
Nice to haves
- Previous experience working with enterprise-grade solutions (SAP, Salesforce, Adobe), retail technology (POS, PIM, EC).
- Familiarity with Antavo platform offering.
- Marketing SaaS experience is a plus.
- Previous software development experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus :
- backend development (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP).
- frontend development (JavaScript, HTML / CSS, frontend frameworks).
- experience building with REST APIs.
- familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and cloud application architecture.
