Antenna is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented IT Helpdesk Technician to join our company.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the IT Director in managing technical projects and resource coordination for the Antenna IT team.
  • Provide Help Desk support for 150 users across the US.
  • Handle user and device onboarding, as well as manage corporate IT application management.
  • Maintain and update infrastructure, training, and support documentation for all applications and devices.
  • Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades with 3rd party integrators.
  • Analyze business requirements across all departments to identify their technology needs.
  • Manage company equipment and SaaS licenses, including issuance and tracking.
  • Participate in IT projects and planning to enhance technological efficiencies.
  • Maintain security across devices, networks, and communications.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  • 2-3 years experience in help desk management, macOS management and deployment, SaaS app administration (e.g. Google Workspace, Microsoft365, Slack, Asana, Hubspot, Adobe Creative Cloud).
  • Proficiency in managing Mobile Device Management (MDM) with macOS, iOS, iPadOS, deploying custom packages, app updates, and enforcing device security (experience with JAMF, Mosyle, ABM, Kandji is a plus).
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft365 admin management, SSO, 2FA
  • Ability to manage Zoom/Teams meetings, rooms, and affiliated hardware.
  • Certifications: Apple Certified Technician. CompTIA A , Cisco CCNA, certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with Generative AI services, Zapier automation
  • Support multiple office location networks with mesh WiFi
  • Working knowledge of DNS, hosting, SFTP, IP lookup, network security, cloud servers, and virtual boxes.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to handle abstract concepts.
  • Experience with creating and maintaining technical documentation for staff
  • Energetic, motivated, and highly organized.

For New York City Ants, the base salary for this role is $65,000. Relevant experience, skills, business needs, and other related qualifications determine compensation.
