SHIFT: Day JobSCHEDULE: Full-time
Responsible for ensuring the overall success of the Medicare contract(s) assigned that are multi-year multi-function and across multiple states. The incumbent may serve as the main point of contact with Medicare Contract Project Officer and named as key personnel of Program Manager on awarded contracts.
Primary duties may include but not limited to:
- Ensures that all contractually required deliverables and performance are delivered and met; develops and maintains client relationships and resolves contract level client questions and concerns.
- Responsible for administration of contract(s) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) guidelines and is required to monitor and validate the program budget; organizes resources from multiple states & functions and forms program structure along with providing leadership and direction to multiple levels of management.
- Support business acquisition in bid preparation and implementation of new contracts.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
Requires BS/BA degree; 10 years related experience; 3 years manager experience in managing complex systems and work flow processes; 4 years of related work experience in lieu of the masters degree; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. NGS Strategic Leadership Program participation required. Ability to travel required.

Preferred qualifications:
- Masters Degree preferred.
- Program management and presentation skills.
- Client relationship development and negotiation experience.
