The Director PBM Pricing Strategies/Rebate Program is responsible for overall management and strategic direction for Pharmacy Services, Administrative Services Only (ASO) support functions, and auditing and monitoring the pharmacy rebate/discount programs.
How you will make an impact:
- Review, analyze, and report several financial components of pharmacy financial performance.
- Provide decision support for business unit senior management teams business goals.
- Analyze processes and develop best practices and process improvements related to guarantee monitoring, rebates/discount programs, and ASO pass back activities.
- Manage the development of tools and processes to monitor rebate calculations, rebate collections, pricing set-up accuracy and client retention.
- Monitor revenue performing below thresholds and develop necessary tasks to bring performance to or above targets.
- Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate performance of direct reports.

Qualifications
Requirements
- BA/BS in Finance or related field
- Minimum of 9 years of experience with a Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM), financial reporting, pricing, rebates, business data analysis, and vendor management
- Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred skill set, capabilities and experience
- MBA degree
