  • Full-time employment – Monday thru Friday. Weekends if an emergency.

Must be flexible to work Overtime Hours required

$15.00 p/h

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Acts as a liaison between ship captain and shore personnel to ensure that schedules and budgets are maintained.
  • Maintain complete records of engineering department activities, including work performed on vessels.
  • Responsible for assisting with updates to data as required by inventory Management team.
  • Data entry of Equipment Parts and Task descriptions to build up database.
  • Assists the department with special projects and assignments.
  • Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties.
  • Report data related issues to the team lead and management.
  • Other duties assigned by management.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Office logistics A PLUS.
  • Inventory management A PLUS.
  • Office Clerk Experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
