Parts Specialist

Antioch Dodge is looking for an individual to join our professional parts team. Experience preferred either in the aftermarket or the dealership environment. This position requires a self-motivated professional individual to work with customers over the counter, the shop, or on the phone.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers in selecting required parts, offer specials, and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
• Pull purchases from stock.
• Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information. Assist outside sales representatives with their orders.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick up.
• Verify “will call” and “back order” files weekly and return to vendors, or stock those items not required.
• Assist service technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs in process.
• Order parts not in stock
• Notify customers when parts have been received.
• Keep current on updates and new products.
• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.

Job Type: Full-time – Union Position

Pay: 19.00-30.00/hour (Dependent on Experience)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Dodge Experience (Preferred)
• Inventory Control: 1 year (Preferred)
• CDK Experience a plus.
• Bi-lingual a plus!

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• ASE Certification (Preferred)

Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
