Our mission is to empower exceptional individuals and early-stage teams to create companies that will shape the future.
If you’re passionate about entrepreneurship, venture capital, and scouting emerging talent, join us as a Visiting Analyst. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to both founder scouting and company-building, offering a unique opportunity to engage in every phase of the startup lifecycle.
The Role: Visiting Analyst (Intern)
As a Visiting Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in sourcing top founder talent and scouting early-stage startups for investment, while also supporting the growth and development of our founder cohort. You’ll gain hands-on experience in every phase of the startup lifecycle, from ideation to investment.
Key Responsibilities
-
Scouting:
- Identify, assess, and recruit exceptional founders and startups for Antler’s cohorts.
- Use tools like LinkedIn and job boards to source candidates and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Review pitch decks, conduct initial due diligence, and assess startup fit for investment.
-
Program Support & Company Building:
- Assist founders with business modeling, strategy, and market analysis.
- Support ideation and company-building workshops, helping founders refine their startups.
What We’re Looking For
You are a top-performing university student (MSc level) or a recent graduate who is driven to bring Antler to the next level, with full-time availability for at least 4-6 months in Amsterdam.
-
- MSc student or recent graduate (BSc/MSc) in a Business or Financial related subject (Business, Finance, Investments, Law...)
- Passionate about entrepreneurship: our #1 principle is Founders first - reflecting that the core of what we do is to help exceptional founders succeed. You have a passion for technology, entrepreneurship, and helping people build companies that push technology forward.
- Ambitious: another core principle at Antler is Uncomfortably ambitious. Like the rest of our team, you like to set ambitious goals and work hard to achieve them.
- Curious: You are curious and like to think outside the box and question the status quo.
- A good communicator: You have good communication skills and a genuine interest in other people. We’re a global team spread across 17 time zones working at a very fast pace. English is a must, Dutch is a plus.
- Taking ownership: you take full ownership of your own objectives, and you also take ownership of our broader mission. When you see something that is broken, you default to “let’s fix this” rather than “not my responsibility”.

You'll likely be a true generalist, hustling to take things from zero to one in various projects to get things off the ground.
