Position: Assistant Chef/Food Prep
Hours: Approximately 8 hours per day, 5 days a week Monday-Friday. May need to adjust shift times based on production needs. Typical shift hours: Between 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
Compensation: $16-19 per hour.

Daily responsibilities
- Assist Sushi Chef
- Help assemble, roll, cut and package food items
- Monitor kitchen equipment and work area cleanliness/sanitation
- Follow production schedule
- Proper HACCP food handling processes
- Maintain recipe and ingredient measurement accuracy
- Able to work effectively with Kitchen Production Team members
- Follow Quality Assurance procedures
- Wash dishes
- Other duties assigned by Chef and/or Kitchen Manager
