Job Title: Burn ICU Nurse

Location: Bakersfield, CA

Contract Length: 16 Weeks

Shift: 12x3 Night Shift

Pay Rate: $103/HR

Gross Weekly Pay (36 hrs): $3708/Week

Compensation Breakdown:

• W2 Pay Rate: $66/HR
• Housing & Meal Stipend: $1332/Week

Requirements:

• RN License for the State of California
• Minimum 3 years of ICU experience
• At least 6 months of Burn ICU experience
• AHA Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Burn ICU Nurse to join our team in Bakersfield, CA for a 16-week contract. This role involves providing critical care to burn patients in a high-intensity environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive ICU experience and specialized knowledge in burn care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive and specialized care to burn patients in the ICU.
• Monitor and manage patient conditions, ensuring adherence to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on care procedures and recovery processes.

Qualifications:

• Active RN License in California.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an ICU setting.
• At least 6 months of recent experience in a Burn ICU.
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
