Gross Weekly Pay (36 hrs): $3708/Week
Compensation Breakdown:
- W2 Pay Rate: $66/HR
- Housing & Meal Stipend: $1332/Week
Requirements:
- RN License for the State of California
- Minimum 3 years of ICU experience
- At least 6 months of Burn ICU experience
- AHA Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Burn ICU Nurse to join our team in Bakersfield, CA for a 16-week contract. This role involves providing critical care to burn patients in a high-intensity environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive ICU experience and specialized knowledge in burn care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive and specialized care to burn patients in the ICU.
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, ensuring adherence to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families on care procedures and recovery processes.
Qualifications:
- Active RN License in California.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an ICU setting.
- At least 6 months of recent experience in a Burn ICU.
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
