MAV (TECH)- (OPERATOR)
JOB SUMMARY: Mobility Assistance Vehicle Technician’s/ Operator's (MAVT/O’s) are responsible for transporting private patients and patients from skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities who are wheelchair bound or who are ambulatory but need assistance via devices. MAVT/O’s are responsible for the safe transport and care of these patients throughout the duration of an appointment, doctor’s office, dialysis treatments, physical therapy and/or other medically needed reasons. Education, Experience, Training
- Current and valid Mobility Assistance Vehicle Technician(Operator) certification
- Current and valid Healthcare Provider CPR card
- Valid Driver’s License
- Defensive Driving certification – must obtain within 3 months of hire and renew in 3 year of hire
- Previous experience as an MAVT/O is preferred but not mandatory
- Must have a good driving history within the past 3 years(No Speeding tickets or AT FAULT ACCIDENTS)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
License/Certification:
- MAVO (Required)
