Position : Field Support Staff
Location : Henderson, NV 89015
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Managing large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls.
- Scheduling and booking appointments in a timely manner, accordingly to urgency and restrictions. This includes rescheduling appointments if needed.
- Prioritizing an easy and successful route for our garage door technicians by gathering all information when booking calls.
- Responding to customer inquiries, questions, and requests via phone, email, or marketing sites, such as Yelp, Wix, Thumbtack and Podium.
- Providing accurate and timely information about products, services, policies, or procedures.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints, concerns, or issues.
- Taking payments and guiding customers through financing options.
Qualifications :
- Need to be flexible with schedule
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in scheduling appointments and data entry.
- Fast typing skills, proficient computer skills, and familiarity with standard office software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter, team player, and problem solver with a positive and energetic attitude.
- Quickbooks experience is a plus.
