As the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Franchise Sales for Corcoran® you will develop, deliver, and achieve the national brand growth plan. The SVP will communicate the brand vision to the team and encourage them to act. You will set the sales priorities and accountabilities against the annual sales target for the Corcoran® National Franchise Sales Team.
The position will report directly to the President of Corcoran®. This is a remote role- you will work from home and travel as needed.

- A Sales Leader: You will lead the brands franchise sales prospect generation, cultivation of deals, and ultimately conversion to achieve annual sales goals. You will drive your team to build and implement a pipeline. You will also be accountable to achieve team and brand growth goals through execution of selling fundamentals and multiple sales strategies.
- A Strategic Collaborator: You will successfully use the shared services team’s support and assets to be knowledgeable on Brand FDD, market trends, and data/analytics. You will partner with sales enablement and growth teams to improve sales funnel efficiency.

What you'll do:
- Lead a team of sales professionals in a performance focused environment to achieve and ultimately exceed set quota targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Meet or exceed the annual national Gross Commission Income targets. Assist the sales team with advancing and closing deals.
- Successfully partner with leadership, shared services, and other teams to improve efficiency and to ensure appropriate solutions for brand growth strategies.
- Partner with the brand service team to understand the growth goals of existing franchisees.
- Train and develop sales professionals. Develop bench strength within the sales organization by assisting with their professional development.
- Advocate for your team and balance the demands of your team with the needs of the business.
- Responsible for effective expense management, accurate reporting, and pipeline management.
- Assist with developing business forecasts to set the appropriate direction and ensure that your team is adequately prepared to sell in a complex market.
Your Qualifications:
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in one or more of the following: residential real estate brokerage sales and/ or operations, franchise sales or operations, a senior level position with sales oversight, and/ or consultative sales. Real Estate and/or Real Estate franchise sales experience a strong plus.
- Sales Success: Consistent track record of building client relationships and exceeding sales targets. Shown success successfully leading a sales team is a strongly preferred.
- Eye For Business: Experience reading and interpreting financial statements, strong business sense.
- Communications: Outstanding communicator with exceptional people-to -people skills; persuasive presenter with strong public speaking skills and outstanding grammar, both written and verbal. Shown collaboration skills.
- Digital Literacy: Basic understanding of Sales Force, CRM systems and MS Office.
- Other: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and comfortable working in a hybrid work environment.
