Primary Function
The Literature Coordinator schedules, prints, assembles, and delivers product packages. Assembles, sales support materials, engineering tour materials, Lochinvar University school manuals, service school manuals. Enters and processes product literature and promotional orders, maintains display materials and coordinates tradeshow shipments, as well as assists with special projects.
Responsibilities
- Enter and process orders for literature and promotional items.
- Schedule, print, and assemble product packages.
- Deliver product packages to designated areas in the production plant.
- Assist with maintaining the online literature and promo store.
- Monitor and report inventory levels for literature and promotional items.
- Collect printed materials from warehouse and keep cabinets and bins stocked.
- Assist with literature and promotional items for all tours and schools.
- Organize, maneuver and store away literature and promotional material
- Be able to communicate professionally with internal and external customers as needed.
Role Specific Responsibilities
- Assist with copying, filing, assembly, and shipment of special projects as needed.
- Assist with proofreading various printed materials as necessary.
- Keep Literature Department and warehouse stocked, organized, and clean.
- Maintain stock of display and tradeshow materials. Coordinate shipments as requested by sales staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 years related work experience, preferred
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access required.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret common terminology. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, manufacturers’ representatives and company sales people. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to define and solve problems independently, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- The employee is usually required to sit and use a computer. The employee is also required to move boxes and stand on feet for various lengths of time. Minor lifting of up to 20 lbs. is required on a regular basis. Lifting of up to 35 lbs. is occasionally required. Two-person lift of items in excess of 35 lbs. may also be required. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
