Resident Manager

150 plus unit seeking an EXPERIENCED Resident Manager

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Resident or General Manager

• Professional verbal and written communication skills required
• Able to multi-task with high level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Have excellent leadership, people and customer service skills
• Ensures good safety practices of employees and owners/guests, assisting in maintenance of proper emergency and security procedures
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Be a leader, a team player, a self-starter, be able to mult-task and problem solve, work under pressure and successfully work under minimal supervision
• Able to handle resident complaints and condo issues effectively while remaining professional
• Obtain, solicit, compare and review bids from contractors; ensure contractor licensing and insurance requirements
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs
• Assist with budget process, knowledge of condominium reserve requirements
• Understand the Associations' governing documents to ensure that operations are in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations and requirements of any federal, state or municipal authority
• Supervisory and HR skills to manage employees, to ensure employee motivation, training and development and compliance with labor regulations.
