What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance (AC) position at AOAO?
Ultra-Luxury Condominium Association is seeking maintenance employee that will assist to maintain and keep the property and common elements in good repair, and to keep the physical appearance of the grounds in good standards.
- Must be able to perform all duties as directed but no be limited to grounds keeping, landscaping and other normal maintenance tasks.
- Must have an understanding and knowledge of a wide range of hand/power tools, equipment and supplies, and must be able to use equipment associated with general maintenance and minor building repairs, such as: basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and landscaping.
- Must be punctual in reporting to work, and dressed in a neat and groomed manner, as appropriate for the job. Good attendance is expected.
Hourly pay rate based on experience.
Part-Time and Full-time schedule available.
Health, Dental and Vision Coverage available.
Background check and drug test required
