Resident Manager – Kailua-Kaneohe area
A Resident Manager is needed for a condominium in the Kailua-Kaneohe area of Oahu. The candidate must be experienced as a hands-on Resident Manager and have a general idea how condominiums operate. Basic skills of landscaping, plumbing, and carpentry repairs are required. The candidate must be comfortable and have knowledge for the oversight of a small staff, contracted landscaping, biding out contracts, and small projects as needed from time-to-time. This full-time position includes full paid medical and dental. This is a live-in position and included is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit, 2 parking spaces. All utilities included.
The candidate must currently live in Hawaii. Relocation candidates will not be considered. Individuals who have no experience in being a Site Manager or Resident Manager at a condominium or without the skillset noted, will not be considered and are asked not to apply.
