What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Waiter position at AOI Japanese Restaurant?
As a server it requires responsibility, and focus. Starting off the job requires you to practice recognizing foods on our menu and getting comfortable taking orders and communicating with others. Being a server also requires preparing salads, restocking drinks , and other side jobs for your shift.
Being a waitstaff also comes with your minimum salary as a starting point added with the credit and cash tips you will receive around 20% or more per table on average. Depending on your skill level and improvement, your salary can possibly change.
