We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our dynamic team. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our IT Service Management (ITSM) platform. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the ITSM roadmap, collaborating with a team of developers, and providing training to team members and business users. Your expertise will be essential in delivering innovative solutions and optimizing our ServiceNow environment to meet the evolving needs of our organization.

- Create and maintain a comprehensive ITSM roadmap that aligns with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and technological enhancements within the ITSM framework.
- ServiceNow Platform Leadership
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the ServiceNow platform, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and platform updates.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with a team of ServiceNow developers, administrators, and analysts to ensure the successful delivery of ITSM projects.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Training and Knowledge Transfer
- Develop and deliver training programs for team members and business users to enhance their proficiency in using the ServiceNow platform.
- Create and maintain documentation, best practices, and knowledge-sharing resources.
- Governance and Compliance
- Establish and enforce governance standards and best practices to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of the ServiceNow environment.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Solution Design and Implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee the implementation of ServiceNow modules, applications, and integrations.
- Performance Optimization
- Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow platform, addressing any bottlenecks or issues proactively.
- Vendor and Third-Party Integration
- Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and applications that enhance the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a track record of successful ITSM implementations.
- Strong understanding of ITIL practices and principles.
