Corporate Communication Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities Main responsibilities Communication (50%)  Support in corporate and regional communications teams to create the annual communications plan for ISAP.  Coordinate all internal and external communications initiatives for ISAP, ensuring a consistent and engaging message.  Co-develop, manage and distribute high quality content for the company's global intranet, internal newsletter and other communications media.  Liaise with external industry participants (banks, government agencies, e.g., IMDA, networking groups, etc.), to bring current information relevant to Crédit Agricole CIB.  Build and strengthen the company's profile, brand and affinity with our external and internal partners (focus areas include human resources, sustainability, values and ethics, innovation, banking, information technologies and more).  Contribute to the internal media and events organisation; organise and prepare for all internal events provide marketing and communications support, branding, logistics, amphitheatre meetings and other assigned tasks.  Collaborate with internal teams to implement and measure communications efforts and activities that drive positive results.  Conduct market research to provide input into ISAP processes, policies, strategic and tactical initiatives. Staff Engagement Activities & Events (20%)  Organise talent development initiatives at ISAP.  Work with management team to organise events with keynote speakers on selected topics.  Collaborate with the internal recreation club, develop ideas for team building initiatives, and actively contribute to the annual dinner and dance event. Management Support (30%)  Create high quality presentations for Management steering committees.  Prepare ad hoc analyses for management.  Support in the development of new and creative ideas and processes to support communications-related decisions by management. Academic & Professional Certification  A good bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Journalism.  Speak French (nice to have) to liaise with Paris HQ colleagues and work on materials which may require French translation.  Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (demonstrated experience and expertise in writing, editing, drafting marketing and communications materials).  IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications. Experience and Attributes  At least 3 years' relevant working experiences in Singapore, preferably in public relations/media company for the tech industry or a financial institution.  Knowledge of photography, design and video editing will be highly regarded.  Technical knowledge of multiple communication channels (including but not limited to websites, blogs, apps, newsletters, email, presentations, social media).  Experience with employee engagement communications.  Understanding of business strategy fundamentals and how to align communications with goals.  Evaluate feedback, measurement and impact of campaign activities.
