Your Responsibilities as a Business Development Representative:
- Develop new project work through sales efforts.
- Identify and develop new and existing referral sources to develop successful referring relationships.
- Actively identify and generate prospects through strategic sales focused on customers in target markets.
- Maintain good working relationships with existing clients to enhance client retention and generate new sales.
- Position requires 25-50% of Travel

What we're looking for:
- BA/BS in Business/Marketing/Environmental Science or other related field.
- 3-5 years of experience selling environmental consulting and engineering related services to commercial clients or 5-7 years of experience in stormwater operations management is required.
- Experience with account management, CRM, new business development, project management, strategic marketing, and technical sales is preferred.
