General ground and landscape maintenance. Duties include but are not limited to: Mowing and edging turf, weeding beds, trimming/pruning, raking leaves, spraying pesticides/fertilizer, general clean-up, possible snow removal/spreading ice melt, and any other duties as assigned by Grounds Lead.
2023 Summer Bonus Program Details: Any part-time, non-benefit eligible employee who successfully works a set number of minimum hours (as outlined below) will receive a one-time bonus for hours worked. This bonus program is scheduled to begin effective May 21, 2023, and end on August 12, 2023. This means that the Apex employee must begin working no later than the week of June 18, 2023, to complete the requirements of the program. Bonuses for hours worked will be paid on the September 1, 2023, payroll.
• Any part-time non-benefitted employee who successfully works an average of 20 - 31.99 hours per week (40 – 63.99 hours per biweekly pay period), will earn $500 at the end of the season (minimum of four pay periods).
• Any part-time non-benefitted employee who successfully works an average of 32 - 40 hours per week (64 - 80 hours per biweekly pay period), will earn $1,000 at the end of the season (minimum of four pay periods).
