Position Description:
Our Dispatch Manager position will have a diverse responsibility as the role will function as the right hand of the office manager specifically focusing in customer support and administrative functions. Our Dispatch Manager will perform a great deal of administrative tasks such as, but are not limited to; customer service support, responsible for coordinating and dispatching technicians to job sites, and other personnel to various job sites, the dispatcher ensures timely and organized project execution. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a deep understanding of Home Services. and other general support for the team. The Dispatch Manager will have opportunities to expand upon their general duties, as stated above, to support the business within the sales and marketing functions.

The Dispatch Manager position is intended to be a position of growth and opportunity within Apex. As the company achieves it growth plans, we anticipate the Office Manager will be well positioned for promotion within the company.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma, or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package Highly Preferred
- Knowledge to Gmail Suite Highly Preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and as well as a diverse, free flowing task list
- Ability to easily connect with people in person as well as over the phone, email and social media

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
