Job Description:

Apex Systems is looking to fill many openings for a Patients Benefit Manager role in Orlando, FL. We're hiring for schedules on multiple shifts. This position comes with weekly pay in addition to multiple bonus incentives such as a launch and performance-based bonus.

Account Care Educator

Pay Rate: $25.50

Hours: 40hrs/Week - Multiple shifts available

8am-5pm

9am-6pm

10am-7pm

11am-8pm

Training:

• Training: 9:30-5:30 ET/ 8:30-4:30 CT (1-hour paid lunch break - this is an 8-hour day, you won't clock out during meal break)
  • ACE: 6 weeks of training
  • Plus one week of product validation.

Once training is complete and metrics are hit, employee can work remotely!

Job Description

The Patient Benefits Manager will support the healthcare providers addressing questions regarding complex reimbursement issues. The Patient Benefits Manager will assist in ensuring prior authorizations, reauthorizations and appeals are obtained timely, as well as ensuring accurate documentation of payer information and patient status. In addition, the Patient Benefits Manager is responsible for completing a pre-screen to determine eligibility for additional services such as injection services, co-pay mitigation, and patient assistance programs (PAP), if applicable.

Job Responsibilities

• Speak with doctors offices and field team (FRM) (FACE OF THE PROGRAM)
• Territory coverage broken up with 2 PAS to each 50 ACE, 5 extra ACEs
• Country broken up in 50 territories - they are SME for that territory
• Escalations, account management
• High customer service, communicates well, account manager, organization skills
• Handle all inbound calls - needs to know Billing & Coding
• Working denials

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience communicating with healthcare professionals and field support staff
• 3 to 5 years of experience interacting with healthcare providers in regard to health insurance plan requirements
• Excellent verbal communication skills and grammar
• Salesforce system experience preferred
• Preferable: experience with buy & bill insurance process
