Job Description:
Project/initiatives: Feature test automation for mobile and web consumer banking applications; will be assisting existing product teams catch up on their feature automation backlog leading/managing a team of 2 offshore resources working on the same thing (team of 3)
Top 5-10 responsibilities:
- Provide test automation development execution for our consumer banking mobile and online banking (Web) apps
- Complete assigned deliverables on time
- Guide the work for 2 offshore resources and ensure they are meeting expected timelines
- Manage issues, risks, blockers to work completion
- Partner with multiple project teams and provide timely and relevant status on progress
Required skills/technologies are required:
- Strong communication skills
- Web Automation tools and languages (Selenium / Test Caf) in Java and Java Script
- Mobile Automation tools and languages (Appium) supporting both iOS and Android
- Familiarity with common test frameworks such as BDD and use of Cucumber
- Use of browser and mobile device tools/clouds (ex. Seetest/Browserstack)
- Understand test script execution with DevOps environment
Preferred skills/attributes are preferred:
- Agile methodology background
- Familiarity with common collaboration tools like Jira/Confluence/Teams
