Position Overview:
Seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Business Process Modeling (BPM) and Notation (BPMN) as well as Decision Management (DM) and Notation (DMN). This resource should have experience in creating BPM/DM and be an expert in drawing out the business processes in BPMN/DMN.

- 2-3 Years of Experience with Business Process Modeling (BPM) and notation (BPMN) - Decision Management (DM) and notation (DMN)
- Process modeling, improvement and analytics
- Data analytics
- Igrafx is tool of choice - would consider visio or others
- Good communication skills to facility meetings about these processes and how they work - ability to foresee pain points and future state processes (manual touch points, the swivel chair activities and call those out)
Preferred Experience:
- KYC Onboarding experience
- Exposure to SQL
- Financial Services Industry experience
- Signavi or any process modeling software
