Title: Bilingual Collections
Location: North Fort Worth, TX.
Schedule: Hybrid. Trains onsite for first 30 days and then does 2-3 days a week in office
Hours: M-F 8-5
Contract: 12 Months (Chance to extend or convert)
Pay: Up to $22 an hour depending on experience
Need to have: bilingual in English and Spanish, customer service, call center, or collections/accounts receivable exposure. Preference for auto finance collections
We are looking for a Bilingual Collections Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for securing billing payments from your customers. This is a great way to get your foot in the door with a high profile client in north Fort Worth and grow a long-term career!
Responsibilities:
- Find and inform customers about unpaid accounts
- Receive and post payment to customer's account
- Advise and follow-up with customers on unpaid accounts
- Initiate repossession proceedings or disconnect service
- Keep records and status of customer's account
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in billing or collections
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
Salary : $21 - $22
