- Manage our customer service mailbox and distribute emails to members of the customer service team.
- They will be relied on to respond to customer and to investigate order statuses for confirmations to customers.
- We will need support answering phone calls and fielding information to clients.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- SAP experience if possible (not mandatory).
