Key Responsibilities:
- Problem Identification and Analysis: Gather data on incident trends, hardware and software failures, and resource utilization to identify potential problems.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations to determine the underlying causes of recurring incidents.
- Problem Resolution: Develop and implement solutions to prevent future incidents, including managing workarounds and known errors.
- Collaboration: Work with IT teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to address and resolve problems.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of problem management activities, including root cause analysis, solutions, and preventive measures.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on problem management activities, trends, and outcomes to senior management.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in problem management.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
