Position: Project Manager
Location: Hybrid in Pittsburgh PA
Duration: 12-month contract
Pay: $53.00/hr (W-2)
Duties
- Leads product management intake and reporting processes for the Workplace Transformation/ Real Estate Book of work.
- Liaises with cross-functional teams to support the delivery the TSG Workplace Product, that addresses colleague, business partner and other internal client needs.
- Compiles data and status from sessions on design and implementation phases of the workplace product including adoption and delivery strategies.
- Liaises with cross-functional teams on workplace product topics and deliverables that are then communicated to more senior team members for interpretation, risk identification and ultimate decision-making.
- Analyzes reports from corporate systems and business partners to pull out data, and dependencies pertinent to our product delivery process.
- Supports analyses and compilation of information (such as financial reporting, deal analysis templates) required by business partners to determine a strategy business case, feasibility, funding and execution timelines.
- Assists in documenting project scope, status and meeting notes.
- Gathers and addresses action items, decisions, scope changes.
Required skills
- Management and administration skills (related to small IT infrastructure engineering deliverables, tracking deliverables, financials, procurement, support for IT infrastructure engineering teams, product or project groups)
- Reporting and data analysis
- Proficient at Excel (including macros, v-look ups, pivot tables)
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, 4-6 years of related experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
