Sr. RA/Associate Scientist, In Vivo Immunology 1362780

Job Overview: The Senior RA/Associate Scientist will join the in vivo immunology team to apply novel technology to develop next-generation cellular therapies.

Responsibilities:

• Design and complete in vivo experiments with a primary focus on efficacy, PK and MOA studies in a range of animal models.
• Gather, analyze, and summarize experimental data into reports and presentations.
• Help with external collaborations with CROs and establish new protocols.
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of currently assigned research methods and maintain knowledge of the literature in the field.
• Work in a matrixed team and collaborate with other teams within the organization.

Requirements:

• BS or MS or equivalent in Immunology, Cell Biology, Cancer Biology or related disciplines with hands-on experience in drug discovery research in a pharmaceutical setting
• Strong experimental skills, including but not limited to administration/dosing of agents by multiple routes (IV, SQ, IP, RO, etc), tumor measurement (caliper, IVIS), etc. Hands on in vivo experience is a must, with ability to perform necropsies, and collection of tissues/cells for ex vivo analysis.
• Hands on experience in cell culture, immunology techniques including multi-color flow cytometry, ELISA and other molecular techniques is highly desirable.
• Use of scientific databases and application for data management and data analysis (Graph Pad Prism, Office 365, FlowJo, Living Image, ELN Notebook etc)
