What are the responsibilities and job description for the Specialist tier position at Apex Systems?
Apex Systems Inc. is currently looking for a Tier I Specialist for an opening available with a growing client in Colorado Springs.
This position will be 5 days a week onsite.
Qualified candidates should possess the following skills :
- Enterprise level support within a Tier 1 Environment is required. Prefers candidates to have a call center background.
- ITIL shop. Want someone with great note taking / ticketing experience.
- Strong Windows background with heavy Active Directory use.
