Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations.
- Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems.
- Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.
- Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues.
- Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.
- Deploying and maintain software products in a cloud environment
- Supporting the process of translating business needs into formal technical deliverables
Required Experience:
- 5 years of technical analysis experience
- Experience working with application owners for back-office systems
- Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent field
- Experience with DevOps (CI/CD)
- Appian Platform experience
