SUMMARY:
The Systems Analyst of Digital Delivery is responsible for organizing and coordinating digital delivery initiatives. The Systems Analyst will serve under the supervision of the Director of Digital Delivery and will support digital services: maintaining repositories of critical documentation, preparing inputs to risk/audit processes, reviewing invoices, and collecting and tracking feedback. The Systems Analyst will also contribute significantly to the design and implementation of long-term strategic initiatives.

The Systems Analyst will also contribute significantly to the design and implementation of long-term strategic initiatives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Role Summary:
- Support existing and future state digital channels including online banking, money movement, membership, public facing website, etc. (heavily outsourced)
- Help with case management - ticket management, reporting, bug/functionality issues with sites
- Understand system integrations and dependencies and help identify efficiencies/improvements for digital channels
- Working with vendors, identifying problems, making sure projects are tracked
- Working with internal business units, identify requirements
- Documenting system integrations and functionality, journey mapping current state to future state workflows
- Assisting with audit remediation
- Basic testing to make sure things are resolved, turn to business unit
- Drive day-to-day coordination, tracking, testing, and accountability for maintenance and upgrade processes of digital services
- Produce and maintain periodic reporting on the digital performance
- Manage permissions lists for digital applications to ensure that personnel have access to appropriate systems
- Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders to provide feedback on the digital strategy
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED required, Associates Degree preferred
- 4-6 years of similar or related experience
- System integration knowledge
- Familiarity with/knowledge of Python/Java/Javascript (will not be coding)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage and develop working relationships with a broad variety of counter-parties
- Skilled in organization and orientation to detail
- Financial Industry experience preferred
