Automotive Accessories Manager
Looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented person to provide excellent service for our customer. Our manager must possess a good knowledge of automobiles, willing to learn new challenges presented to them and must work well in a team concept work environment. The Ideal candidate will have previous management and/or automotive dealer service experience. Daily activities will be similar but must be able to adapt to the customers changing needs.
Manager Job Responsibilities:
· Communicate with the customer to meet daily processing goals.
· Update spreadsheets and decipher processing list to complete the highest priority work and meet efficiency goals.
· Manage a team of 3 to 10 plus installers to complete a variety of automotive accessories. Create a cohesive working environment with our customer and other onsite venders.
· Must be able to recruit, train, and maintain staff to complete daily volumes.
· Ensure personnel have the support, tools, and supplies needed for production.
· We must have staff onsite while our customer is open. Depending on volumes, may require working additional time either before / after shift, or weekends.
· Must ensure that Safety Points are covered, i.e. speed limits.
· Must ensure that Quality Points are covered, i.e. vehicle handling
· Must ensure that Critical Points are covered, i.e. correct instillation and parts for that vehicle.
· Report accidents and injuries on appropriate forms and communicate such to all appropriate customers/vendors and APLS personnel.

The Accessory Manager has access to employee information and may have from time to time, proprietary information from APLS and the customer. It is expected that the associate not share this information with other customers or people outside of APLS and sharing of information must be on a need-to-know basis.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Accessory or automotive experience is a plus.
Meet driving requirements as outlined in APLS company policy.
Good communication skills, both written and oral.
Good working knowledge of the facility operations.
Knowledge of supervisory principles and practices.
Mechanical aptitude
Computer skills
Ability to keep confidential any work or personal documents and information seen, heard, or generated in the performance of job duties.
Ability to work indoors or outside in all weather conditions
