Job Description
Title: Sr. RPA Developer
Location: Remote or preference for NJ, Chicago, or Houston hybrid
Duration: 6 months contract
Job Summary
This individual will be responsible for design, development, test, optimization and technical support of the business automation solutions and workflows implemented with UiPath.
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with business operations and business analysts to design, develop, test and support automation workflow processes.
- Deploy RPA components to UiPath cloud.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Document the solutions and maintain an issue/resolution knowledge base.
- Collaborate with internal clients, integration vendor partners to understand application issues and develop a solution.
- Work in collaboration with IT and integration vendors for system requirements and data integration specifications.
- Follow software development best practices for coding, testing and documentation.
- Produce and maintain design, support knowledge base and other technical documentation.
- Work closely with other Development Team members on RPA development and maintenance projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational training or business experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Robotic Process Automation Developer using UiPath.
KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
- Experience with UiPath toolset, RPA bot development methodology, cloud portal.
- Experience with automation bot development best practices
- Ability to effectively interface with internal business partners.
- Ability to handle confidential information with maximum discretion.
- Ability to work independently and on a team within a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication skills.
- High level of accountability and flexibility.
- Open and willing to receive and give constructive critique.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Job Specific KSAs
- 5 year experience with UiPath tools and cloud platform with a history of professional projects delivered; UiPath certification preferred.
- 5 year experience with any programming language (C#, Java, Python)
- Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML)
- Hand on experience with programming and testing against third-party APIs.
- Experience with Git version control
