Title : Office 365 Specialist
Role :
We need a Resource working on the Eastern Standard Zone/US Based. The Contractor will need to begin ASAP with a 2-week lead time to ship equipment. The Contract will run full-time through September 29, 2023. Candidate should highlight International Project Management and Multiple Sites deployment of Projects. The Candidate should have deep experience in Azure AD, as well as O365 and not just experience as a User or Administrator. The Resource needs experience standing up new instances of O365. If interviewed they will need to demonstrate initiative, Work Ethic, learning from failure, Analytic Skills, understanding of the big picture (Splitting one company into 2) and the Role in this process. Also, they will be envaulted for future position potential.

Work with the architectureand security teamto define the standardand transformation related toourOffice 365services.
Provide structure and guidance on how the Office 365serviceismanaged by our Local IT organization, Business Unit engineering and the helpdesk.
Propose evolution oftheservice toincrease efficiency, reduce security riskor make our organization more agile.
This position will work closely with our Active Directory specialist and Security team.
Managing Incidents and requests escalated from the Helpdesk through the ticketing system.
Taking ownership of the assigned projects.

- Managingexperience of Office 365 tenants with more than 10K accounts.
- Configuration experience with Intune, conditional access, cloud app security.
- Exposure to Office 365 tenant migration.
- Good understanding of AD domain.
- MSExchange hybrid configuration
Experience
- 5 yearsofexperienceasOffice 365 global administrator.
- 2 years asAD adminin an international IT organization.
- 2 years of relative experience in an international IT organization.
Basic Skills
- Capable of independent decision making based on the broad managerial direction.
- Interpersonal skills, especially in a multicultural corporation.
- Strong ability to communicate technical subjects and requirements to non-technical audiences.
- Willing to carry a mobile phone and support real-time technical issues as needed.
