JOB DESCRIPTION:
7 or more years of Pega end to end implementation experience .......
Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant certification .......
4 or more years of Pega Projects as a Lead Pega Decisioning Architect (DA) .......
Should have strong experience in Solutioning and Designing Pega Decisioning Projects .......
Experience working on and designing Strategies, and other CDH components like Predictive Model, Adaptive Model, Simulation Testing, Impact Analyzer, Value Finder etc. .......
Expert in leading design, elaboration and implementation of business processes, strategies, rules, Analytical models (Adaptive, Predictive, VBD), Alert Designer, Action& Offer Management life cycle, Propensities, Scoring and Modeling (CAR and so on), Customer interaction history, Profiles, Journeys, identification and matching. .......
At least 3 years of experience in leading class structure/hierarchy/use case design and data model to extend Pega framework(s). .......
At least 3 years of experience in creating new treatment groups, classes, properties, data elements within Pega. .......
At least 3 years of experience in evaluating impact of change requests to logic and updates the design document as necessary. .......
At least 3 years of experience in building/updating Decisioning components (decision table, scorecard, filter, strategy set, switch, and ranking), updating Decisioning strategies and design .......
Drive continuous improvement of decisioning logic

Job Type: Contract
Salary: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
